WHAT I DO

I contribute my practice management skills to practices needing help accomplishing their practice financial goals. I have deep experience helping practices experiencing financial distress due to operational inefficiency return to efficiency and profitability. Consultants, management companies, physician professional advisers, and technology vendors also request me to become involved with their clients—executing projects such as Practice Management Systems implementations and upgrades, revenue cycle improvement initiatives, urgent practice turnarounds, and more.

HOW I WORK 

I structure my affiliation in the manner that best suits the project scope and practice/organization’s needs. This may range from coming on board as a W2 Interim Administrator (with a predefined end-date), performing work on an hourly consulting basis, or engaging on a global fixed-fee project basis. With this range of flexibility, interested constituencies have access to my help as little or as much as they may need, with no geographic limitations. In short, if it has anything to do with improving practice performance and bottom line finances, it’s in my wheelhouse.
